Why I Built PhysioGain

When I started learning physiotherapy, I noticed something that never felt right. People were leaving appointments with exercises — but often without understanding why they had pain, what their diagnosis really meant, or what they could do confidently on their own.

At the same time, the internet was full of conflicting advice. One article told people to rest. Another told them to push through pain. Social media promised quick fixes, miracle stretches, and instant relief. For someone in pain, it became almost impossible to know what to trust.

That realization became the foundation of PhysioGain.
